Meet our Office Manager Deb!


Deb is at the center of the Buckley's team! She is more than just an office manager, she is adored by staff and clients alike for her patient dedication above and beyond the call of duty. Deb hails from the Pittsburgh area and began her career in the federal government after graduating from IUP. She began working for Buckley's in 2006.



Meet our Care Managers!



Buckley, JD, CMC 

Buckley is a certified geriatric care manager with a background in Elder Law.  She teaches, speaks and has authored a book on elder care.


Nikie, MA, CMC

Nikie is a certified care manager and has a Masters in Art Therapy from George Washington University. Nikie has worked for Buckley's since 2007 and provides diligent, caring service to our clients.






Ginny, JD, CMC 

Ginny graduated Cum Laude with a Law Degree from Suffolk University Law School in Boston. In addition to being a certified care manager and her experience practicing elder and disability law, Ginny spent time volunteering with geriatric and mental health  patients before joining Buckley's in 2008.




Meet our Companions!


Ruth holds a B.S. in the Professional Arts and an R.N. Although she is retired from her nursing career, she has continued to enjoy working with Seniors through her work with Buckley's since 2007.



Originally from Australia, Liz has been a part of the Buckley's team since 2012.  She has a Diploma of Teaching, Elementary and Special Needs from Australia, a BA from Regis in Massachusetts and has taken Master level classes. 




Susan holds a B.A. from Princeton University and a J.D. from Howard University.  She is active in her community, her church and her Princeton Alumni Association.  She brings her skills and enthusiam to our clients.



Chris' education from Bauder College and career are in the field of business administration and management. She also had an extensive history as a volunteer and member of local not-for-profits before joining Buckley's in 2009.



Susan V.

Sue has a B.S.W. from N.C. State. She has had an extensive career in the fields of Care Management and Social Work over the last 30 years. Susan joined the Buckley's team in 2008.





Jocelyn has a B.S. in Nutrition and Culinary Arts from Bastyr University and is working on her Master's degree in Nutrition. Jocelyn's passion for the wellbeing of others has led her to work for Buckley's, expanding her focus on care and quaity of life to benefit our senior clients.  



Karen is NoVa native and a REALTOR with Prudential PenFed who has enjoyed working with our seniors and and getting to know them since 2008. She loves hearing client's stories and the 'historical perspective' she gets while visiting with our special clients.




Gigi was born in Bulgaria and has been with Buckley's since 2007. She is a wife and mother of two grown daughters. She has a degree in physical education and was a former Bulgarian professional tennis player. Her professional background includes business development, public relations and teaching.




Nancy is a graduate of James Madison University and a retired school teacher who has continued to help others in her community through her work with Buckley's since 2011.



Dianne has a good sense of humor and enjoys interacting with people.
She is an experienced educator who has taught students in preschool
through graduate college.  Before she retired, she was an
administrator in Loudoun County Public Schools for 25 years. In
addition to being a prolific reader, Dianne takes pleasure in a bevy
of creative activities including writing, knitting, rug hooking,
weaving, making baskets and Sailor’s Valentines.  She does not like to




Caroline comes with a wealth of experience in caregiving, joining Buckley's in 2015.  She recently moved here from Massachusetts to assist with the care of her aging parents.  She has a B.S. in Psychology and M.S. in Environmental Studies with particular interest in the bumblebee community.



Jill, a native New Yorker, had a career as a computer developer, trainer, and technical writer.  A few years back, she decided to concentrate on more creative endeavors and giving back to the community. She loves meeting and assisting our wonderful seniors.                                                                                                          




Rena, originally from the NY/NJ area, holds a BA in history from Cornell University. She is the mother of 6 and has worked as a freelance writer and editor, in addition to spending 4 years in the US Navy. With her kids rapidly growing up and away, she enjoys the opportunities Buckley's gives her to meet new people and hear their stories.



Laura earned her degree in accounting from George Mason University and since then, has been an auditor, corporate accountant, stay-at-home-mom, and certified personal trainer/ nutrition consultant.  For fun she is a competitive powerlifter, short form improv actor and writer…and she’s even been known to tickle the ivories every once in a while. Known for her “magic ear” listening skills, Laura’s an excited newcomer to Buckley’s companion staff. Her keen ear comes from being an only child and making every person she’s met a family member.
