Our Senior Assistants are college-educated and have a wide variety of professional backgrounds. They love the flexibility that their jobs provide.  Being a part of the Buckley's team also allows our staffers to make a positive contribution to the quality of life of our local seniors.  As you can see from our Staff Member Description Page many of our employees are stay-at-home moms or recently retired professionals.  We work with your schedule and that of our clients to make a perfect match. 

We hire based on geographical need. As we serve a large metro area, we hire based on a staffer's proximity to growing client requests.

Ease of use with email and internet:
Our staff schedule is a web-based program which you must be able to access easily from home. All information regarding appointments and client work is done via email.

Cell Phone:
You must have your own cell phone. We do not reimburse for cell phone expenses. You must have the ability to call for assistance while you are out with our clients.

In addition, we always do a State-Wide Criminal background check as well as a DMV driving record review prior to hiring.
