Her experience in working with the elderly and disabled has given her a great understanding of the day-to-day difficulties and challenges they face. Buckley formed Buckley's For Seniors, LLC to help those clients and their caregivers to meet those challenges.

Treat your office, group or association to a talk on Eldercare and Seniors Issue. Hear about all aspects of senior care and the many kinds of companies and services available. She has vast knowledge of the players involved in making a Senior's later years as smooth and enjoyable as possible and teaches on the topic at NOVA. Buckley's most recent talks were given to The Fairfax and Arlington Bar Association's Elder Law sections and The McLean Estate Planning Council.

Buckley is also available as an "Ask the Expert" for print and televised media queries on an array of Senior and Elder Care topics.

Guardianship and Trustee Work

Buckley Anne Kuhn Fricker Esq. is available to act as your successor Trustee, co-Health Care Power of Attorney, Financial Power of Attorney or any position in your Estate Planning documents that you may need filling.

Buckley has a background in Estate Planning Law and realizes that sometimes friends and family cannot be available to carry out your wishes for incapacitation or estate distribution. Many people name a Bank as their Trustee when a loved-one is not available or the family dynamic is complicated.

Buckley is a compassionate individual who is aware of the issues facing aging clients. She can find and obtain any services needed, deal with your estate plan in a manner tailored to your wishes, and most of all she is a knowledgeable, easily accessible person who can offer more personalized attention than a Bank Trustee.
